You briefly explain your situation and goals. We direct you to the right professional and the right clinic.
Personalized treatment plan
We clearly explain the physiotherapy diagnosis or main issue, the approximate number of sessions, the planned steps, and your role in the process.
Initial assessment
Your therapist takes time to listen to your history, evaluate your movement, and identify the structures involved.
Follow-up and progress
As sessions progress, we adjust the plan based on your improvement to help you reach your goals (pain reduction, return to sport, return to work, etc.).

How quickly can I get an appointment?
Our clinics aim to offer fast appointments, often within a few business days, depending on the service type and your availability. Book an appointment.
Are treatments covered by insurance?
Most of our services (physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, occupational therapy, etc.) are covered by many private insurance plans. Receipts are issued at the end of each session.
Do I need a medical prescription to consult?
In most cases, no. You can consult our physiotherapists and several other professionals through direct access. However, some insurance providers or programs (CNESST, SAAQ, etc.) may require a prescription for reimbursement. Check with your insurer or with our team.
